At Jen & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
